Skin Solutions by Heather reserves the right to refuse service, decline appointments, cancel orders, or terminate transactions at our sole discretion when deemed necessary.

Acceptance of FSA/HSA payments may depend on your individual plan requirements. Clients are responsible for verifying eligibility with their plan administrator.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount.
Missed Appointments
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges or termination of the client's ability to schedule future appointments.
Reviews & User Content
By submitting reviews, testimonials, photographs, comments, or other content to Skin Solutions by Heather, you grant us permission to display, publish, and use such content for marketing, promotional, and business purposes.
We reserve the right to edit, remove, or decline any content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, defamatory, spam-related, or otherwise inconsistent with our business values.
